Ysei Sub Diving Club

Ysei Sub Diving Club was founded in 2005 as an amateur sports association to promote underwater teaching training and raise awareness of the natural beauty of Lake Iseo.

The courses offered in the program are:

• FIPSAS 2nd degree Federal Freediving Course - dedicated to improving the notions of relaxation, breathing and approach to freediving performance both with equipment and free body; spring open water trips with dives up to 15m deep
• FIPSAS 3rd degree Federal Freediving Course - dedicated to the specialization of the notions learned in previous courses and to the teaching of advanced notions for future access to educational training for enthusiasts of the Freediving sport discipline
• Social Freediving Course - dedicated to maintaining the physical fitness of our members; 10 renewable entrances, with training evenings offered on table work
• FIPSAS 1st degree scuba diving course with scuba divers - provides the basis for learning the notions of scuba diving up to a maximum depth of 18 m; 10 lessons in the pool, 8 hours of theory and 4 open water dives; material provided by the association on free loan for the entire duration of the course
