Il Cornacchino

Il Cornacchino is a farmhouse in Castell'Azzara, Grosseto, with riding stables, completely immersed in an uncontaminated and protected landscape, that of Monte Penna, elected to Natural Reserve. It is located halfway between Mount Amiata and the Etruscan areas of Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano.

The structure is made up of a total of 13 rooms, some of which have a private bathroom, in other cases the bathroom is shared between two.

The common areas are equipped with a bar, living rooms with a fireplace and, outside, a beautiful pergola with garden.

The horses of the center lead a 100% natural lifestyle, in a herd, as per instinct and move on dozens and dozens of hectares of land dedicated to grazing, a choice made in complete respect of natural needs of these animals, to socialize with other specimens and be free to move.

The return to naturalness is not just a practice that we implement with our animals, but extends to the entire life philosophy of our company, from hospitality, close to the customer in a familiar way, to our cuisine strong>, which is based on dishes and products from the area, grown in our garden or raised in Tuscany.

The passion and skill of our cooksin combining flavors and creating exquisite dishes will also be able to adapt to the particular needs of vegetarians, children or those with allergies.
