Lopez Horses

Lopez Horses is equestrian center affiliated with ENGEA (National Environmental Equestrian Guides) active in the province of Perugia , born from passion for Friesian horses, a very strong type of horse from the Netherlands.

The highly qualified staff who work within Lopez Horses will provide their extensive experience for numerous services in the field of horse riding from the educational point of view as well as from the recreational one.

The property is located within the Tenuta di Fassia a few kilometers from the city of Gubbio, immersed in 600 hectares of nature destined for organic farming, with three proprietary spring water lakes where amateur fishing is also authorized.

The center organizes:

• Excursions on horseback surrounded by greenery among reforestations, olive groves and paths,
• Weekly courses which deal as a fundamental topic handling the horse from the ground, ethology, care and riding,
• School camp and educational activities and horse care for children and teenagers.
• Riding lessons in English for children and adults.
• Trekking on horseback of 1/2 or more days ( Gubbio- Assis i through the path of S. Francesco; Gubbio- M.Cucco excursion with a visit to the natural park of Monte Cucco; and various eno-gastronomic and cultural itineraries in the beautiful area of Gubbio).
