The Rabboni Horse Trekking was born from the desire to raise awareness of equestrian trekking and to bring people closer to horses, giving them the opportunity to face completely unique experiences, which allow them to be immersed in nature and have direct contact with horses.

Among the activities that theRabboni Horse Trekking offers you are: trekking and excursions on horseback, approach with horses and much more.

In particular, the following are possible:

  • excursions of 1 or more days to travel on horseback along the paths and tracks that offer suggestions of naturalistic, landscape and historical value;
  • Trekking on the ridge of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park;
  • Trekking of the Matildic Castles, a route of great naturalistic and historical interest, which includes an area that goes from the Castle of Canossa to the high ridge of the Reggio Emilia Apennines. The Countess of Canossa, the most influential woman of the European Middle Ages, passed over these stones on horseback. This trek offers the opportunity to visit the residences, the numerous castles and fortifications of the medieval era, built by Matilde, as well as the opportunity to taste the specialties of the renowned cuisine.
