In Bergeggi, in the province of Savona, a team of fans of this sport wondered in 2013 if it was possible to approach the teaching of this sport in a way that is not too technical, athletic or competitive. In a word, easy!
On this idea, which promotes a totally different approach to kayaking , the WinterKayak school was born in the same year, whose philosophy is that of " easy but fast kayaking, affordable for everyone and fun "!

Summer excursions: to experience the beauty of kayaking under the sun, in the name of exploring the marine beauties of this stretch of Ligurian coast.

Winter hiking: because kayaking is a perfect way to go even in the silvery and cold waters of the beautiful winter sea.

"Scotter Advanced" course: the basic course for those who want to start getting familiar with the kayak and its main tool, the double paddle.

"Candidate" course: can be defined as a second level course. Perfect for deepening the theory and technique learned in Scotter Advanced, it allows you to apply for the exam for the release of the National Sea Kayak Blue Paddle 1 Certificate. This diploma is recognized in 12 European countries, and is increasingly in demand for kayak rental.

"Progress" Course: Course that goes more and more towards the total autonomy of the athlete in a kayak. Among other things, this is where the main self-rescue techniques begin to be put into practice. This course includes the possibility to request the release of the Sea Kayak 2 National Blue Paddle Certificate.

"Roll" course: Last level of learning the basic techniques of kayaking, this course focuses on the athlete's self-rescue without leaving the cockpit. Once you have passed the tests it requires, you will be a canoeistskilled!
