Kite Trainer

The courses organized by Kite Trainer take place in the beautiful Orbetello lagoon, a tourist destination for all sea enthusiasts, but also ideal point for kite enthusiasts who want to dedicate themselves to a sport of great beauty and with useful features both for those who are starting to try their hand at kite flying and for advanced athletes.

All our training courses are based on a first fundamental theoretical approach, which provides the student with solid and indispensable basis and knowledge in the meteorological field >, essential so that he can react in the best way to all wind, sea currents or tide conditions, once he becomes independent with the kite.

Once the student has internalized these basics, the most fun part of this sport can begin: followed by a certified instructor you can start with practical exercises, experimenting with direct management of the board with traction kites (Foil) 1 meter and a half.

Our utmost attention is paid to ensuring that your first practical contact with the kite is characterized by a total safety index and occurs in a simple and natural way, your instructor will teach you how to manage the vehicle, know and recognise. the flying area, making the most of it and applying the most compliant kite flying techniques.

Once the first technical exercises have been completed, you will be truly prepared to try your hand at managing the kite safely: we will start with the selection of the starting point (Launching) and landing point (Landing), and we will proceed with the management tests, from 'Un-hooked (unhooked from the trapeze) to Hooked (hooked on the trapeze).

Body Drag will help you practice and gain practical experience in a safe way, so that you will be more comfortable when it comes to undertaking the third part of the course, in which you will experience your first start on the board.
