Kitesardegna

Kitesardegna is an Association founded by a group of friends who are passionate about kitesurfing and carries out its activity with the aim of promoting this discipline in terms of tourism and sport in the Sulcis Iglesiente area (the operational headquarters is located in the Gulf of Palmas ).

In this spot it is possible to kite all year round, thanks to the mild climate and the constant presence of wind in all seasons and from all quadrants.

Kitesardegna organizes courses, events, performances and fantastic outings with friends. The courses are divided into:

• Discover - Two hours to dive into the world of kitesurfing!
• Basic - about 8 lessons (theory of flight and navigation; how to prepare the equipment; safety; exercises on land with the trainer kite; exercises in shallow water with the kite; exercises in the water with the kite but without a board; start with the table
• Advanced - first edges of starboard tack and port tack; upwind and other sailings; the jibe; first jumps
• Pro Course - perfecting jumps; rotations and grabs; old school maneuvers; new school maneuvers (unhooked - wakestyle); waveriding

To participate in the courses you must be a member of the Kitesardegna Association.

The membership card includes insurance coverage that covers accidents and civil liability towards third parties. Join us!
