There are two rural buildings, each divided into two independent housing units which allow the accommodation of both small families and large groups.

The structure offers all cycle tourists special services both inside and in the town of Monte San Savino. For every cycle tourist, Monte Palazzuolo, or the mountain on which the structure is located, is a historical destination, a naturalistic environment waiting to be discovered.
The routes around the structure are of different levels; from the easiest, which can also be done with very young children and with trekking strollers, up to the more complex ones which wind for kilometers through the woods and offer the possibility of meeting roe deer, wild boars, squirrels, pheasants, hares and foxes. Thanks to an agreement, it offers the possibility of following the routes with qualified guides on both asphalt and dirt roads.
