Mountain And Bike Val di Sole is a National Mountain Bike School recognized by the Italian Cycling Federation and made up of highly qualified Mountain Bike Instructors who will accompany you along the valley routes in complete safety. p>

The proposed activities are:

• Downhill descents: Ascent by cable car (July and August) or minibus (remaining period) and breathtaking descents on latest generation full-suspension bikes equipped with all the necessary protections and precautions (helmet, gloves, harness, knee pads). There will be an MTB instructor with you to introduce you to this spectacular discipline, accompanying you on routes suited to your abilities. The route down is defined based on the technical level of the participants.
• Excursions: by mountain bike of all difficulties in the wonderful environment of Val di Sole (even lasting several days).
• Courses: Dedicated to children and adults for introduction to off-roading.
• Lessons: A 360° look at the world of biking, from "removing the training wheels" to the most refined riding techniques.
• BIKE RENTAL and ASSISTANCE: Merida, Mongoose Nolo "Out Of Gravity"
