EL CAP Climbing is a sports association that promotes the practice of a fascinating and adventurous discipline. In addition to indoor activities, the center allows you to experience the experience of climbing the rock live.

In fact, on certain dates it organises, excursions to the most beautiful crags in central Italy with highly qualified instructors who will follow you step by step during the lessons.

Total safety will always be guaranteed with the technical material made available to the association which will previously prepare the itineraries on which the lessons will take place.

Description of EL CAP Roccodomo

The EL CAP Roccodomo sports association, based in L'Aquila, is a center that works to spread the indoor practice of an exciting sport such as climbing.

Equipped with an equipped gym and composed of a staff of professional and competent instructors, the association organizes throughout the year:

  • Junior Course: aimed at children aged 6 to 14 and involves teaching the fundamentals of sport climbing technique through playful activities. The lessons last a month and take place twice a week.
  • Basic Course: ideal for beginners, it is divided into two lessons a week, one hour each, for a month; the issues of sport climbing will be addressed with particular reference to safety and some basic rope manoeuvres.
  • Advanced Course: aimed at more experienced climbers, it consists of eight indoor lessons, which take place over a month. The topics addressed concern the technical fundamentals of sport climbing, with particular reference to their specialization aspects.

Each lesson will be given by expert instructors who will make all their experience available to students to teach the techniques of a truly exciting sport.
