At our center it will be possible to participate in activities that allow you to experience:

• Ski: following a ski mountaineering course you can discover the techniques of a very adventurous sport;
• Climbing: to feel direct contact with rock or ice and acquire skills by following training courses or internships.

Extreme South Ski allows you to always face new adventures in the mountains. The school, founded in 2007, is dedicated to promoting activities that allow you to have direct contact with the mountains, promoting ski mountaineering. All interested parties will have the opportunity to participate in:

• Ski mountaineering course: reserved for all people over the age of 16 who have mastered skis and want to learn the techniques to experience the mountains with dexterity and with maximum safety; the course is divided into theoretical lessons and 7 practical exits; each student is provided with the necessary equipment.

Extreme South Climbing is a mountaineering and ski mountaineering school founded in 2007 in Catania with the aim of promoting activities that allow you to be in direct contact with the mountains. Every year our staff offers the opportunity to all those who love climbing to participate in:

• Climbing stage
• Stage on ice

Qualified personnel will be able to provide the basic notions to learn to climb on rock or on ice, acquiring skills and dexterity and above all allow you to face the experiences in the safest way possible.
