We, the Alpine Guides of Friulian Alps, a Source of Life! specializing in canyoning and climbing, are just a means that nature puts at your disposal so that you can be accompanied safely towards responsible tourism.

The itineraries are distinct and are located in the border area between our region and the Slovenian state, they will be recommended trying to match the degree of technicality and the preparation of the participants (some itineraries necessarily require a distinct level of aquatics or training).

The release calendar is scheduled during the weekends that alternate in the months of July and August.

Friulian Alps, a Source of Life! Canyoning is the right place to indulge in a real adventure.

The centre, in the province of Gorizia, allows you to spend entire days in direct contact with nature, practicing canyoning, an adrenaline-filled and very fun sport.

Following the course of the river you will enter natural caves and ravines, sliding on toboggans and diving into the pools of fresh, crystalline water created on the most hidden sides of the river.

You will cross places that are not easily accessible and you will experience the thrill of experiencing nature one hundred percent.

Well equipped, accompanied by expert guides and endowed with a great spirit of adventure, you can set off to enjoy a new and extraordinary experience practicing a different discipline.

Friulian Alps, a Source of Life! Climbing organizes climbing activities all year round, providing participants with all the necessary equipment: harnesses, helmets, climbing shoes, ascenders, via ferrata dissipators and ropes.

Our favorite climbing spots are:

• The Duino Cliffs - a landscape of rare beauty combined with a high degree of biodiversity: spectacular!
• The Val Rosandra Regional Nature Reserve - rocky slopes and crags, overhangs and spiers, layers of debris and large mobilized blocks
• The Regional Nature Reserve of the Doberdò and Pietrarossa Lakes - rare case of karst polje
• Bay of Sistiana on the "Panza dell'Elefante" and on the "Panza del Mus" - it is possible to climb on summer afternoons in a cool and ventilated place
