- Horseback riding in Castelbuono (ancient city seat of the Ventimiglia barons),
- Gibilmanna - between paths of Mediterranean scrub and oak woods up to the Sanctuary and then passing by an ancient farm at the foot of the Carbonara promontory,
- Pollina - between pastures and Mediterranean scrub you reach Pollina at an altitude of 800 meters, a town rich in cultural heritage, and then descend to almost sea level through the village of Sant ' Ambrogio and return through the oak woods,
- Gole del Tiberio - breathtaking excursion that explores the territory of San Mauro Castelverde dense with vegetation up to the Gorges del Tiberio along the river, returning back along Castelbuono,
- Alte Madonie - from 400 meters up to 1600 meters of Piano Battaglia in a path full of surprises with countless botanical and landscape variants.
