The staff of trained professionals is committed at all times to creating the ideal conditions for the student, which can allow him to go out to sea in a completely safe manner, equipping him with all the knowledge needed to make his holiday or sporting experience perfect.

The sea kayak courses are held by the Maremotu Staff of Instructors and Guides, trained by the Sottocosta-FICT Association, and are based on a program that is constantly updated. During their duration you will experience theoretical-practical lessons and trips to the sea.
Various training modules are planned, in this way it will be possible to meet the needs of students of all levels and experience, from those who have no idea how to deal with the medium to those seeking technical improvement.

Furthermore, on request we can organize personalized and tailor-made courses at any time of the year, from January to December!

Maremotu MTB invites you to try cycle tourism along the Sicilian coast, but not only! Come and discover the hinterland too, it will be an unforgettable experience! Sicily deserves to be circumnavigated, crossed and climbed.

It is true that you will be able to explore coasts, bays and islands of breathtaking beauty, but our land still has much to offer its visitors, lovers of nature and "clean propulsion". In fact, you will be able to come across many paths, including abandoned villages, lakes, mountains, smells and colors to admire while riding your bicycle.

Start from the body of water that laps the legendary Faraglioni and you will reach the summit of the volcano in just 35 km. You will go from costume to scarf in three and a half hours of cycling, through unforgettable views. Choose the option that best suits you from our offers:

• bike excursions of three levels (easy, medium, demanding) according to the request and preparation of the participants.
• MTB excursions lasting from half a day to multiple days of excursion
• combined kayak and mountain bike excursions for true sports enthusiasts.
• Travel packages with development of customized tracks or those requested by the customer.
• a Tour entirely dedicated to Adventure with overnight stay in a campsite (tent etc) to be carried out in the hinterland or on the coastal roads with a program established daily and recommended only for the more sporty people who want to put themselves to the test.
