They were late meeting us at the pick up spot, but made sure that we were taken care of by the local coffee shop.
It was fun feeding and prepping the horses. The horses were well behaved and we were given plenty of attention by the staff. We ended up paying a restaurant for lunch in lieu of having it paid for as a part of our trip, which was very frustrating.
We enjoyed ourselves on the ride, but as a business they seemed unorganized.
