The hilly areas neighbouring Rome, the coast and the Lepini mountains near Latina, offer perfect conditions for paragliding flight.

The most suggestive take-offs and closest to Rome can be taken from Norma above the scenery of the Agropontino (with the Tyrrhenian Sea on the horizon), flying over Lake Castel Gandolfo, Tivoli, Monte Scalambra, Serrone, up to Poggio Bustone ed to the highest peaks of the Apennines.

Available all year round, flights with a licensed pilot from the AeroClub of Italy can be carried out every weekend but also on weekdays.
