If you have always wanted to fly paragliding, what better place than Sardinia, with its beautiful landscapes? The Free Flight Association I Grifoni (today a real AEROCLUB recognized by CONI) is the one for you.

I Grifoni offers tandem flights with qualified instructors, as well as real courses of the Paragliding School.

Tandem flights with an instructor are a great way to try the experience of paragliding for the first time, or to give a special gift. In addition, you can take photos and record videos to capture the best moments.

If you are a beginner and decide to enroll in the basic courses , you will face three phases, all lasting four weeks:
- Practices in the school field, basic theory and didactic two-seater flights
- High flights to improve the take-off and landing phases
- Piloting techniques and theoretical preparation to obtain the certificate

The advanced courses for experts , on the other hand, offer the opportunity to practice XC and distance flying.
