We chose to go rafting, I highly recommend it!   We had no problems and the booking went smoothly :).   The proposed activities are many and really interesting!   The only advice I can give is to print the Yumping e-mails of the reservation and the payment: caution is never too much, better to be safe!

trekking & paddles is the only company in campania to have firaft patents, so we are in the hands of people who have passed exams and professional courses held by the only competent body in italy, the italian federation rafting precisely! This I discovered only later, noting that they also held courses of various kinds relating to the river disciplines that other companies do not. Always inquire about the preparation of those who accompany us on the river or in the mountains! Too often we rely on improvised guides!

... being able to convince his wife and daughters to get up on Sunday morning at 7.30 was not easy. They cursed me until I arrived on the river, but when Antonello and Giulia dressed us and guided us in this fantastic adventure, the muzzles were gone and they gave way to smiles! I was able to try both the raft (rafting) and the canoe, and they are both a blast! Last but not least a good meal in the local farm. Pure air, genuine flavors and new healthy friends! Mario

You have to try rafting at the old Controne mill. We have organized for a weekend with friends, eager to experience something different. So it was. The Trekking & Paddles guys manage to let you experience the river from the first to the last moment. We will return for a new paddle & fork adventure. Ines
