Circolo Nautico Brenzone

The Circolo Nautico Brenzone , born from the passion for sailing of its founders, seeks to promote this wonderful activity in contact with nature.

The center is located in an excellent position on Lake Garda which allows it to take advantage of the intense north wind (Pelèr) in the morning and in the afternoon the punctuality of the Ora. These characteristics make the club a perfect sailing school, where qualified instructors recognized by F.I.V. are available to all (children or adults) to teach anyone who wants to learn this activity, in a fun and safe way.

The school organizes lessons for children and young people which are held weekly from Monday to Friday starting in June. As for adults, courses are offered on weekends from April to September. The courses organized by the school are structured as follows:

• Initiation courses for children aged 6 to 16 years
• Initiation courses for adults
• Postgraduate courses
• Private lessons agreed directly with the school

The boats used during sailing lessons are the following:

• The Optimist is a monohull equipped with a single sail, usually used for the introduction to the practice of sailing.
• The laser is a racing boat with a single sail and a mobile drift controlled by ropes. It is also used in Olympic competitions, and is a discipline that requires great athletic preparation.
