The Circolo vela Gargnano is one of the most active nautical clubs on the international scene, founded in 1950 in Gargano (Brescia). The club organizes and participates in international regattas and organizes sailing courses for young people and adults.
Various hulls of the nautical club have won world, European and Italian championships in the one-design classes. Circolo Vela Gargnano organizes sailing courses for children on Optimist boats and for children and adults on 4.20 dinghies and Dolphin 81 monotype boats.
The courses are planned and agreed directly with the center according to the needs of the customers, you have the possibility to choose a group course or choose to take private lessons.
The Club brings young people closer to sailing by promoting in schools and organizing summer sailing courses from June to mid-August with experienced instructors and making the necessary equipment available to members.
The Optimist sailing courses are open to children aged 6 to 11 who have the opportunity to stay for lunch in the presence of an instructor.
Sailing involves those who practice it both physically (power and agility) and mentally (technical and maneuvering knowledge), leading from individual experience to team sport.
