The Circolo Velico Ravennate is an Association dedicated to the promotion of sailing activities in all aspects: the competitive sports sector, the competitive regatta sector, the propaganda sector through sailing events and the tourist sector, with the organization of cruises .
The commitment and completeness in the sector that characterize this club could not be exempt from a fundamental sector, that of teaching and training: the school of the sailing club in fact deals with instructing and training in the field of sailing techniques and its associates, in an attempt not only to give space to new, trained, sailing experts but also to increasingly develop knowledge of maritime culture.
The sports club is non-profit in its intentions and has been working towards this promotion in the Ravenna area since 1949, from its headquarters near the lighthouse of the city of Ravenna.
