• initiation : the first level, in which the student acquires the necessary basics to manage the sailing boat , steering it in different gaits,
• refinement : the trainee perfects the skills acquired in the first phase, acquiring greater practice and quality in the execution of the maneuvers , progressing in the adjustments and management of the 'boat , also qualifying to deal with conditions of greater wind intensity;
• advanced : at this level of preparation, the trainee is already able to manage the vehicle naturally, he begins to maneuver it with agility, tacking even narrow spaces, creating sailing moorings and learning to steer even in reverse;
• cruise : the last stage of the route enriches the training with fundamental concepts such as meteorology , anchoring techniques , reduction of sails , safety management, load trim and distribution, man overboard recovery.
