Milan Amateur Parachuting Sports Association organizes courses to promote the specialty of sports parachuting at different levels.
A wide range of activities is offered:
• Parachuting certification. The course is aimed at those who intend to join the Army. The jump qualification certification represents, in fact, a preferential qualification for the parachutist specialty. The duration of the course is two months (the start always takes place in March and October).
•THE A.F.F. COURSE (Accelerated Free Fall). This is a course aimed at those who want to acquire the skills necessary for independent downhill descent, in the shortest possible time. It takes place directly at high altitude and the entire jump can be recorded, in all its phases, via video. The aim of the course is for the student to be able to jump from any altitude.
• Bound Wing. Until not long ago it was the only type of launch possible. Known as rope jump, it is a sports parachuting course whose aim is to achieve total self-sufficiency on the part of the student. The times are relatively longer than an A.F.F. course
• The Tandem Jump. It is carried out from around 4,500 meters high, secured by a qualified parachutist. The jump can be recorded by a videographer. After a quick theoretical introduction, we proceed directly with practice. Anyone can try.
