ItaliaSkydive Reggio Emilia is the parachuting school located a few km from the Reggio Emilia exit of the A1 motorway.

The premises of the BFU parachuting school are housed inside the airport a short distance from the city center.

ItaliaSkydive Reggio Emilia deals as much with tandem jumps as with AFF parachuting courses .

The procedure used in organizing the Tandem launch follows two essential phases: a brief theoretical introduction of about 20 minutes, during which the instructors will prepare you for the launch, and a practical part on board the aircraft , where you will be harnessed to the tandem pilot.

The flight takes place upon reaching an altitude of 4000 meters. Together with the pilot, you will jump from the aircraft for a free fall at a speed of over 200 km / h, until you reach the altitude set for the opening of the parachute (1700 meters from the ground).

Once the parachute is opened, you will experience the thrilling sensation of flight. During the 5 minutes from the ground, you will try to coordinate the parachute using the appropriate commands until the safe landing.

For those who want to start a path inside skydiving, the AFF Course ( Accelerated Free Fall ) is the best method. Thanks to the advanced and elaborate teaching methodology that characterizes it, AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) has become famous all over the world. The course, designed in the United States, allows you to maintain a very high degree of safety and preparation, significantly reducing the student's learning time.

The two phases from which it is composed:

• THEORY : includes at least 8 hours of teaching (usually in full immersion mode on Fridays, but with times that can be customized according to needs) during which useful theoretical notions will be dealt with and you will participate in ground simulations and lessons with open parachute.

• PRACTICE : it is organized in 7 levels and takes place immediately after the first phase, once the student's suitability has been demonstrated. The course includes 7 jumps (one for each level), during which the aspiring skydiver will have the assistance of instructors, two for the first 3 levels and one starting from the fourth.

Following the descent, the student will open his parachute at an altitude of about 1500 meters.He will face the open parachute phase, in which he will conduct his glider autonomously, followed by the instructors via radio. A debriefing takes place after each launch.

During the 7 launches of the course, the instructors will evaluate the exercises required for passing each individual level. In the event that an additional launch is required, a variable cost from center to center will be added.

Only once all the levels have been completed will it be allowed to perform the jump individually and the qualification in accordance with the circulars will be obtainedministerial.
