The Volo Club Alicalabria is located along the Provincial Road 22 to Spilinga, in the municipality of Rombiolo, a few kilometers from Capo Vaticano and Tropea.
The Club has a structure comprising a take-off runway, a hangar and a room for the use of members, including services and a refreshment point.
The fleet is equipped with 3 ULM two-seater aircraft and a group of 10 motorized hang gliders also two-seater .
Alicalabria is active as a flight school , with training courses that lead to the achievement of the VDS certificate (Recreational Sports Flight). At the Volo Club, moreover, it is possible to make excursions in flight along the suggestive Costa degli Dei, during which the thrill of the flight is accompanied by the amazement for the enchanting panorama.
The airfield is open to those who want to stop over and provides, upon notice, assistance for refueling, hangaring and accommodation, all in a familiar and friendly atmosphere.
