AE Surf Point Kitesurf , near Valledoria in the province of Sassari, is the right place to learn a fun and adrenaline-fueled sport.

The school organizes a course divided into 4 lessons through qualified instructors:

• aptitude tests with the kite trainer, teaching of safety and priority rules, assembly of equipment, knowledge of the flight window.
• body drag and technique of relaunching the wing from the water; implementation of emergency maneuvers; take-off and landing of the kite, use of the trapeze and depower.
• acquisition of the starting position on the table and first edges; exercises in body drag.
• upwind, corrections of the board position and body posture for an efficient gait.

The lessons will take place in San Pietro a Mare, on a strip of beach that divides the sea from the freshwater Coghinas lake where the lessons will be held in the water.

All participants will also be able to use the equipment made available by the school.

AE Surf Point Windsur f located on a wonderful coast in the north of Sardinia is a school where you can learn an adventurous and fun discipline.

The program courses are:

• Zero Course: for beginners, it includes a sailboard, jacket, insurance and three 30-minute lessons.
• Course One: it will be the succession of Course Zero, the lessons are specific and individual and include insurance, suitable for progressing to glide with trapezius and feet in the straps.

The one-hour lessons will take place in San Pietro a Mare and include insurance, in any case you can take advantage of the equipment rental service.

You can choose between:

• 15 minute session
• FIVE course: composed of 5 sessions

The exits and the courses are carried out only in calm sea and in the absence of wind to ensure maximum safety.
