Nimbus Surfing Club , formed in 1993, has years of experience behind it in teaching exciting and super adventurous sports disciplines. At our school, located in Marina di Pietrasanta in the province of Lucca, it is possible to practice numerous activities, such as Surf and experience a new adventure in the water, learning to ride the waves, Windsurf to challenge the sea and the wind with a board, sail and with the help of an expert.

A brand new activity called SUP is also organized, or the Stand up Puddle , similar to surfing and which allows you to do physical activity in the water with greater stability.

Furthermore, we organize sailing courses . We are lovers of vintage boats and we develop social projects to bring people with disabilities closer to this fantastic sport.

Nimbus Surfing Club Surf is a school founded in 1193 at Marina di Pietrasanta, in the province of Lucca , and has long been dedicated to promoting sports activities that allow you to stay in direct contact with nature and above all with the sea. Nimbus Surfing Club Windsurf , near Lucca, has for many years been dedicated to promoting sports activities that allow you to have direct contact with the sea.

Every year from July to August, you can come and visit us and experience fabulous windsurfing adventures with us.

By following an educational course you can learn to juggle in the water with a board and sail and acquire different skills to become an expert windsurfer. At our center, it is also possible to rent equipment to sail safely.

We have four level courses and our instructors are qualified. We have been doing this for many years and we can guarantee you a unique service.

Furthermore, while sailing, you will have the opportunity to see the splendid coasts from another perspective.

For some years now at Nimbus Surfing Club , in the province of Lucca, you can also practice Puddle surf .

Born a few years ago, this activity has had great success both abroad and in Italy since it allows you to train without much effort, developing strength and balance.

The great advantage of puddle surfing is that can be practiced even when the sea is not rough .

The main feature is the board, larger to better support the weight of the surfer, who will be able to "surf" with his board.

For this reason, this discipline can be practiced both by the most experienced and by those who decide to approach surfing without exceeding the risk!

Sailing is one of our passions! We participate in numerous regattas with both sailing boats and catamarans.

But we also have a great passion for vintage boats .

We have, in fact, relevant boats built by the expert hands of the historical shipwrights of Versilia.

Numerous courses are organized to learn to use sailing boats for both adults and children .

The little ones will be able to learn by playing from the age of six, accompanied by experienced and qualified instructors .

Can only children learn by playing? Of course not!

We believe, in fact, that having fun everything becomes more pleasant! And so also the courses for adults will be full of games!

Normally the lessons last 5 days and we have lessons for all types and tastes, from those who want to learn to anyone who wants to become an expert in regattas. Furthermore, the courses are adapted to the starting level .
