Courses

Cabinet Sailing School organizes sailing courses on cruises which last on average 5/7, thus being able to enjoy a holiday full of fun and learning the basic notions of sailing. The courses are divided into levels:

• Basic Sailing Cruise Courses
• Advanced Sailing Courses
• Boat rental in various places in Italy

Nautical Bases

● Cabin Cruise Courses take place:

► In summer in Sardinia departing from Porto Corallo (Villaputzu) and Porto Pirastu (Costa Rei). The number of students per course is 10 people

► In Autumn / Winter / Spring, on Lake Maggiore at our Campsite Bases: Bosco (Piedmont VB) and Lido (Lombardy VA). The number of students per course is 4 students

What We Offer:

1. BASIC Sailing Cruise Courses: the theoretical and practical bases are carried out directly on board with specialized and highly trained instructors in their field. The average duration of this course is 4/7 days, where you will learn the fundamental elements of the boat and their use; mast, types of sails, sail center and centerboard center, fundamental knots, on-board equipment and maneuvers, safety equipment, and etc. Per course, 10 students are allowed in Sardinia and 4 on Lake Maggiore.
2. ADVANCED sailing courses: each takes place over 5/7 days on board, the classes will be divided into theory and practice, so participants will acquire advanced knowledge about the fascinating world of sailing. The lessons take place in the open sea, where the students will have to immediately put the acquired knowledge into practice.

The advanced courses also integrate practical lessons to prepare for the Nautical License exams.
