Windsurf Crotone

Windsurf Crotone organizes windsurfing and paddle SUP initiation courses with starboards.

The center is located on the splendid Ionian coast of Crotone and is equipped with rental and storage facilities (for those who want to find their equipment ready for use!).

The courses offered are:

• Junior - course for children aged 6 and up
• A1 Basic Course - first approach to windsurfing; 4 days to learn the basic technique.
• A2 Specialization Course - to gain greater safety with the board in medium wind, tacking, jibing and drifting sailings
• F1 Funboard Course 1 - to learn starting from the beach, fast tacking and jibing, use of the trapeze and planing trim
• F2 Funboard Course 2 - to face more challenging wind and sea conditions; It is necessary to acquire the correct handling of the board when planing and in very strong winds
• Water Start - to learn the technique of starting from the water
• IDO - system that blocks the sail so that it does not fall into the water; ideal for basic courses and especially for teaching children
