Within these walls (built in 1904 precisely to produce and protect wine) the men of Caruso & Minini work with passion and great experience.
Inside the buildings that make up the baglio all stages of wine processing take place in compliance with the most ancient tradition of Marsala and in perfect symbiosis with the most modern enological technologies.
Caruso & Minini opens the doors of its cellar to all wine lovers, to lead them in professional tastings of the wines produced, in combination with the specialties of Marsala cuisine.
Both connoisseurs and less experienced visitors will enjoy a unique and pleasant experience.
Every year more than 5000 visitors come to visit us and we participate in important events such as "Open Cellars" and "Goblets under the Stars".
