From April to September Calabria Snowboard Academy expands its collaborations also to the aquatic sector: kitesurfing courses await you in a perfect spot to learn at the Action Bay Fabiano Kitesurf School .

In recent months this stretch of coast offers constant wind conditions always between 14 and 22 knots, one of the few in Italy to offer such favorable conditions for kiters.

The thermal winds from W-WNW and the winds of the WNW - ESE direction are particularly strong in this area due to the geological conformation and the geographic position of the coast, which is particularly exposed.

The school is located in a studied strategic position right in the Gulf of Lamezia, overlooking an absolutely transparent sea and surrounded by an amazing natural environment.

The subdivision of the courses offered varies by level between Basic , Intermediate and Advanced , all aimed at achieving the objectives set by the corresponding certification and managed by a team active for almost ten years in the area.

The conditions of the spot are also suitable for novice kiters and allow you to learn in total safety. There are also courses for children and special internships in the company of leading personalities in the sector to allow students who are already experienced to perfect or learn their favorite maneuvers.

In the milder months, which from April to September , Calabria Snowboard Academy moves to the sea thanks to the precious collaboration with Action Bay Fabiano , in an extraordinary spot inside the Gulf of Lamezia that allows windsurfing athletes to find the ideal conditions to improve themselves or to make the first contacts with the equipment in total safety.

The constant thermal wind in this particularly exposed area, always between 14 and 22 knots of intensity, represents one of the main values of this spot, exploited to perfection by the strategic position of the center. All this is crowned by the advantage of being in the center of an absolutely unique panorama, a meeting of green hills and crystal clear sea.

The windsurfing courses are divided into Basic and Advanced , depending on the initial level of the students.
