Description of Cimone Sci

The Cimone Sci Consortium manages the ski lifts of the largest ski area in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines , with 50 km of slopes all connected to each other and accessible with a single electronic ski pass. Our headquarters are located in Sestola , in the province of Modena , which together with the villages of Fanano, Riolunato and Montecreto are the starting point for the plants. Our ski lifts are fast and very modern (in order to reduce waiting and travel times to a minimum) and the optimal snow coverage of the slopes is guaranteed by the programmed snow system. The slopes unfold on the three sides of Monte Cimone (2165 m) and have variable characteristics.

Both beginner skiers and more experienced will be able to try their hand at slopes suited to their abilities, perhaps assisted by ski and snowboard instructors who offer their service for our consortium. Our new Snow Park has hosted national level competitions and has fixed half pipe, fun box, big air structures and all the necessary equipment to satisfy the many riders who come to visit us. At our Cimone ski school , located in Sestola in the province of Modena , it is possible to practice a different activity, that is walking in snowshoes or snowshoes . Snowshoe hikes allow you to get in full contact with nature, sinking your feet into the snow, listening to the silence of the snowy forest and walking.
