The Scuola di Sci Spiazzi è cream cream agli anni 60 grazie alla passione per la montagna e l'amore per la neve del suo fondatore Piero Locatelli (one of primi italiani a fondare a scuola di sci) who has organized, with l'aiuto di alcuni ragazzi del posto, le prime sciate sulla neve e spronava gli stessi a partecipare alle selezioni per prendere part alle specializzazioni come maestri di sci.

Sci if è evoluto ed has portato alla crescita ed allo sviluppo nelle varie discipline più comuni degli sport invernali . The scuola, grazie alla partecipazione di tanti maestri ognuno esperto nella propria categoria, oggi è in degree di provide corsi di sci alpine, di snowboard, di sci di fondo and di telemark.

The Spiazzi Ski School will allow you to take part in alpine skiing courses along the slopes of the Orobe Alps.

Alpine skiing is the sport that allows you to slide with skis on easy, medium and difficult slopes for which certain skills are required to be able to carry out the activity with success and in complete safety but , as with all sports, both adults and children can learn the necessary techniques by following specific courses.

The slopes where the Spiazzi Ski School works are easy and practically suitable for those who are beginners and need to practice on the slopes not particularly complicated. At the ski school you will find a series of instructors and, thanks to the experience accumulated in more than 40 years of history, a series of courses will know how to prepare you properly.

You can take part in group courses formed by a specific group of people (usually no more than 5 units) with a single teacher for the whole group, in which the students will be divided according to the level of preparation . For those who want to have a fully dedicated teacher, there will be the possibility to book private lessons.

The practice of Snowboard began to develop in the 60's in the United States as a transposition of skaters to practice the sport on the board even during the winter, on the snow. Over the years, various techniques and ways of using the board have developed, leading to the creation of various snowboard schools along the mountain slopes.

At the Spiazzi Ski School you can learn these snowboarding techniques with the collaboration of more than 40 instructors who will be available to teach you everything you need . Our school offers group courses and private lessons with a teacher for each individual student.

The group courses will be aimed at people of all ages which will be divided into groups with the same level of preparation and of the same age in order to adapt in the best way the type of lesson. Private lessons, on the other hand, will have the advantage of having the teacher completely at your disposal , making it possible to improve your skills more quickly.

In cross-country skiing technique is essential to have a good skiing result, to coordinate the use of poles and skis in the correct way . Cross-country skiing is an extremely suitable sport for nature lovers as, developing along flat slopes, it allows you to cross and admire the landscapes that you meet along the route.

The Spiazzi Ski School offers all those who want to approach this discipline (but also to those who are already experts and want to improve their knowledge) the opportunity to participate in courses . Thanks to the experience accumulated over the years, the school offers various teaching methods with more than 40 teachers available.

The modalities of the courses are divided between collective courses , where students will be divided into groups of equal level of preparation, and private lessons in the which the instructor will be at the student's disposal to take care of development and learning in the fastest way possible and teach you the distinct techniques of Nordic skiing: free technique and classical technique .
