Are you from the capital? Would you like to practice climbing but think it is impossible in Rome? Well you are wrong, born in 1994, Roma Center Climb is the first gym in the capital.

It is a climbing academy with three locations, all characterized by the presence of a qualified CliSCe (Climbing Sort Certification) staff, it is always in continuous development, through its courses, events and trips, offering you the opportunity to climb while having fun in full and conscious security.

The courses Roma Center Climb offers are about twenty, among these the main one is the Open Climb CliSCe , the base structured according to distinct theoretical-practical themes:

• Setting to the gesture of climbing and the basic rules of practice,
• bearing theory and their use, how to calibrate loads and thrusts,
• Correct position of the center of gravity and weight of the balances,
• Study and splitting of the gesture,
• Exploitation of inertia and high potential postures,
• Use of energies: and study of the rhythm in progression,
• Learning of grips and strength,
• Visual focus of the support points in progression and of the ascent routes,
• Construction and mental preparation of the movement,
• knowledge of materials,
• exercises in the gym.

Once the basic course has been passed, it will be possible to continue with the other Roma Center Climb courses.
