Description of Basic Archery Course

The basic archery course consists of 10 lessons of one hour each, allowing the acquisition of the main theoretical and practical notions relating to the following topics:

The history of the Arch,
The nomenclature of the bow,
Protocols and prudence and safety,
The physical and psychological preparation for using the bow,
The dominant eye, the concentration,
Posture, breathing, traction, aiming, release,
Archery sessions, 1st LEVEL,
Acquisition of shooting techniques,
Archery sessions, 2nd LEVEL,
Free archery sessions and final evaluation.

At the end of the course, a Certificate of Participation is issued, which certifies the skills acquired during the lessons.
