Trial diving lesson in the pool in Leini 1h

Have you always wanted to admire the seabed and admire the fantastic world that is hidden under water? We have an idea for you!

We offer you a trial lesson at the Leinì municipal swimming pool, where you can learn the basic techniques to achieve a perfect dive! The scuba experience takes place every Tuesday during the winter season from October to April and includes an hour of pure fun. Everyone from the age of 15 can participate in this type of activity, the only requirement is knowing how to swim.

The lesson is divided into two parts: at first you will participate in an initial briefing in which you will be given the equipment and the instructors will explain the behavior to maintain in the water. the second part takes place entirely in water. Our super experienced teachers will show you methods to be able to breathe up to a depth of six metres.

We are sure it will be a fantastic experience not only because you will be able to experience the sensations of breathing underwater but also because it will be an opportunity to meet new people who share your same interests.
