Stand Up Paddle lesson 1h and a half in Tarquinia

Paddle surfing is an ancient sport born more than three centuries ago in Hawaii, and has become "famous" in recent years among our beaches: it is a sport suitable for everyone since it does not require great physical skills. To carry out this activity, a slightly wider and larger board is used than that used for surfing, in order to guarantee greater balance, and a paddle which allows movement.

Paddle surfing is a suitable sport to practice with family or friends, and above all on flat water and not subject to violent movements of the waves, allowing you to experience the surrounding landscape with peace and tranquility.

The Sup is also used to perform yoga or meditation exercises, immersed in a very suggestive scenario. During our lessons, lasting an hour and a half, guided by one of our instructors, you will be able to learn strategies suitable for maintaining balance and in addition you will be able to meet other people who share your passion for the sea with you.
