Future surfers will find at our surf school in Bari the perfect place to learn the basics of surfing followed by expert surf instructors who will make you passionate about the world of surfing.
Thanks to our Junior Surf Courses, designed and studied specifically for children aged 7 to 12 years of age, everyone will be able to learn while having fun and in total safety, always under the attentive gaze of the instructors.
The surfing course for children includes a total of seven and a half hours of lessons divided into five days of lessons.
The lessons consist of a theoretical part followed by an hour of practice at sea. The theoretical part will touch on the following topics:

- The formation of waves and the history of surfing as a sport
- The main rules to follow
- How the tides work and where to surf
- Safety on the surfboard
- The main jumping techniques on the board
- The movement of the feet on the surf and the correct posture to maintain
- Various balance techniques
- Turn the surfboard
- Row lying on the board (paddling)
- Styles for surfing correctly
What does the activity include

How long the activity lasts
The course will last a total of 5 days, divided into lessons of an hour and a half each for a total of 7.5 hours.
