Surf course for adults in Bari (5 days)

Is your dream to become skilled surfers and to sail the mighty waves of the ocean? Here is the perfect place to start from the basics : at our surf school , located in Bari , you can in fact participate in our Course of Surf , held by experienced licensed instructors .

The course is structured in five days of lessons , for a total of seven and a half hours . Each lesson is divided into a theoretical and a practical part , where you can try your hand at the practice of this exciting sport .

We will start with the easy things: using a softboard , made of a soft material and perfect for beginners, you will practice on the beach , before entering the water to practice the main techniques learned .

The first of these will be paddling , which consists of rowing lying on your stomach on the board, starting to catch the waves , calculating the timing perfect not to miss the perfect wave .

You will then learn to keep your balance, move your feet correctly on the board and turn it in the direction you want.

Although our instructors give special importance to practical lessons , a little theory is needed! For this reason you will learn a little about surfing history and board design , discovering how tides work and the best places to surf.
