Description of Alexsub

Alexsub Diving is a sports association created with the aim of making known the coastal beauties of the Anzio and Nettuno area. In the company of the founder of the Association Alessandro Zoffoli and Fabio Sarti you will be able to discover the wonderful Pontine Islands from an underwater point of view, thanks to the courses and dives organized periodically in Anzio, Ponza and Palmarola (both freediving and with tanks).

The seabed of the area tells of centuries of history (from the ancient Romans to World War II!) through unique finds that the sea discovers and covers with sand at will to offer fantastic discoveries only to the most persevering.

You can visit, for example, the submerged remains of the Neronian port, the war wrecks sunk in Torre Astura and Tor Caldara and appreciate the lush marine fauna and flora. The following scuba diving courses are organized every month:

  • Open Water Diver - qualification for scuba diving, in pairs and up to a depth of 18 metres
  • Open Water Diver Junior - same objectives as the Open Water Diver course for children aged at least 10 years
  • Speciality Diver - for those who want to reach the advanced level (Deep, Night, Nitrox, etc.)
  • Advanced Open Water Diver - you can access this course with at least 24 logged dives
  • Stress and Rescue - to learn how to manage a dangerous situation underwater
  • Dive Control Specialist - the first step to becoming an instructor

For further information, write to Alexsub Diving and you will receive an answer as soon as possible. We are waiting for you!
