The Tonnara Diving Center organizes boat excursions and scuba diving, managed directly by Giuseppe Maurici, diving instructor for SSI teaching and manager of the Tourist Service.
The center boasts a collaboration with SAIPEM for underwater work and is specialized in the creation of underwater filming and photography.
The dives organized by the center travel along extraordinary itineraries, including the unmissable ones:
- Vecchia Tonnara - suggestive and challenging itinerary, reserved for divers with a diving license down to -40 m, the depth oscillating between -25 m and this level.
- Scoglio Asinelli - distinct diving itineraries: along the wall, or along a route of great archaeological interest among the ancient anchors. The excursion is of complex difficulty
- Tramontana wreck - The motor ship "Palau" can be visited and is in perfect condition, in sailing trim.
Among the proposals also Boat Excursions:
- From Torre to Torre - navigation along the Gulf of Bonagia rounding the tip of Monte Cofano. the excursions include swimming breaks in the coves.
- Bonagia Scoglio Asinelli: visit by boat to the islet with the characteristic shape of a submarine with the possibility of landing on land and small excursions on foot,
- Daily excursions to the Egadi Islands - Levanzo - Favignana - Marettimo with boarding at the port of Trapani, which include a tour of the island with swimming in the different coves and lunch at board (spaghetti, drinks, fruit).
