The Museum Center of Tuscany is a branch of the Ministry of Culture. It includes all the state museums in the region including:The Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, the Bargello Museum or the Medici Chapelsamong others.

The Center is responsible for standardizing and promoting uniform quality levels among all state museums in the region. Furthermore, he is committed daily to the enhancement of the cultural heritage of the region and its promulgation.
