The Itinera Naturalistic Hiking School is an Association of Medium Mountain Guides - Hiking Masters qualified to practice professionally and enrolled in the Special List of the same name, of the Professional Register of which the Guides belong Alpine certificate of the Abruzzo Region.
The mid-mountain guide is a mountain professional with considerable competence in driving on hiking trails in the mountains and beyond, on any type of path and any ecosystem, with the exception of routes that require the use of ropes, ice axes and crampons and of mountaineering and ski equipment in general.
The tour leader also has a great deal of knowledge concerning the natural and morphological characteristics of the mountain as well as the history and genealogy of the land on which he is a guide.
Itinera is made up of guides with high mountain experience and naturalistic teaching. All the guides of the School have the ability to accompany groups and individual hikers on the trails of the Region in total safety, also providing all the historical and naturalistic information necessary to get to know the area.
The Itine-rari are the themed excursions of Itinera . Rare because they are unusual, different from the classic excursions that you find on all programs. They are born from an intense research activity of our guides, which comes from the passion for our activity and from the love for the mountains and the environment.
