The Circolo Ippico La Perna is an English riding school and pony club located in the beautiful WWF Decima Malafede Nature Reserve.
The center is a recognized F.I.S.E. with courses for all levels , just outside the city gates, immersed in a natural land of 160 hectares, of the farm of which it is part, dedicated to organic farming.
The fields used for the basic lessons as well as for the advanced ones have artificial lighting which allows students a great flexibility in the hours of the lessons, which can be held during all days of the week upon agreement with the instructors.
The basic courses are able to guarantee the right preparation for recreational equestrian activities, but also constitute the ideal setting for riders determined to undertake equestrian sports from a competitive point of view; for this reason the advanced courses which are held at the C.I. La Perna are increasing their technicality up to specific activities such as, for example, show jumping .
In the recreational area, La Perna organizes guided horseback rides in the Reserve , among the wooded paths of the Vallerano Cork and a visit to the fortification of Castel di Decima .
