The La Granzetta equestrian center is located in Vetan in the province of Aosta , at about 1800 meters above sea level and immersed in the unspoiled nature of Aosta Valley .
La Granzetta was born from the love for the mountains and for the horses of its founders and sees at the base of its work the intent to bring people closer to a form of eco-sustainable tourism.
Our center has 12 horses that you can ride American or English style and we offer different itineraries of different durations and difficulties, trekking of one or more days and tailor-made itineraries depending on the preparation and experience of the participants. Our equestrian guides evaluate the competence of each individual in the rod before going out for a walk; we recommend beginners to the very first weapons to play a few hours on the flat before rushing into challenging treks of several hours. In winter, wonderful walks in the snow are also organized!
Taking walks and horse trekking you can admire breathtaking landscapes over the valleys of Cogne , Rhemes , Valsavarenche and Valgrisenche . You will also have the opportunity to visit mountain pastures , participate in the processing of fontina cheese and taste typical Aosta Valley products .
