Villa Tiffany is a bed & breakfast located in the Valleys of Antola and therefore surrounded by unspoiled nature and the healthy and fresh air of these valleys of Liguria .

The regional park protects these areas which have typical fauna and flora , as well as being a green lung for the region.

Our lodgings are located in this idyllic setting. You can stay overnight in our rustic rooms, as the structure is quite old, being an old country villa. The breakfast will be genuine, consisting of traditional Ligurian and homemade dishes.

In addition to tranquility and relaxation, there will be the opportunity to carry out some sports and recreational activities .

Villa Tiffany organizes visits in trekking and mountain bike excursions in the Antola Regional Park.
For some time we have also been proposing orienteering , a discipline that involves the development of an established path in the form of a game-competition.

Uncontaminated landscapes, the scents of the flowers of the valley and the various colors that swarm it will make you spend unforgettable days.

The sporting and recreational activity par excellence offered by Villa Tiffany is mountain bike excursions.

We have numerous bikes available that our customers can rent.

We will leave together to discover the various routes designed for cycling in the Ligurian Natural Park.

The Antola valleys have been well studied with the aim of proposing routes with various difficulties for cycling, depending on the level of physical effort required.

There are mainly four themed itineraries:

• Torriglia route, along the Scrivia stream, starting from Torriglia. A fairly long route of which you can also cover short stretches, meeting very suggestive cultural and natural places.
• Rovegno route, to visit this small but characteristic town, to the east of the valleys.
• Montoggio route, where we will see the area south of the Antola Valleys.
• Mt Caucaso route, a circular route that develops around this mountain, also very convenient for improving traffic in this area.

Relaxing holiday accompanied by nature walks?

Villa Tiffany offers its customers to participate in trekking routes in the Natural Park of Antola.

Typical scenery of the Liguria landscape, with the hills covered with Mediterranean scrub vegetation, these valleys offer enchanting landscapes, in an explosion of colors and fantastic smells in the summer seasons. The winter seasons are no less impressive. A blanket of snow covers these valleys which, when whitewashed, take on new forms.

Both in hot and cold weather these places offer the opportunity to do many activities.

However, our trekking walks will be done together in the warmer seasons, when the snow has already receded.

We have designed various itineraries that follow the paths established by the park authority. Along the way you will see squirrels, deer and many other animals that inhabit these areas.

Views between the mountains and lakes with reflective waters will crown these trekking excursions.

We learned about this fun and challenging discipline called orienteering . It consists in carrying out a path , previously marked through the so-called lanterns , which you will have to follow strictly touching some stages.

Players will be able to run, walk or even cycle if they want, but the important thing is that everyone uses the same tools.

Only with the help of a compass and a map will you have to know how to orient yourself in the woods and clearings to reach the goal: not only finish the path in the shortest time, but also by marking the points previously marked on the map.

Without the support of modern technologies, you will take a dip in the past, to learn how to move in nature as our ancestors did.

More and more common this game stimulates the very important ability of the sense of direction, which by dint of always resorting to the most modern devices, we are losing.
