Hotel Garden Palace Trekking offers you the experience of trekking or Nordic walking. Given the ease of this discipline and the possibility of customizing it depending on who wants to participate, we consider it a sport accessible to all and very convenient in various respects: starting from the low cost, up to the deep contact with nature which invites relaxation.

There are various itineraries on offer, choose the one that's right for you:

• 1st Short Ring. It starts from Millesimo and lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes during which you cover a distance of approximately 2.3 km with a height difference of 94 m. The route allows you to have a beautiful view of the Bormida di Millesimo which, in winter, is flown over by beautiful gray herons and perched cormorants that you can observe with simple binoculars).
• 2nd Ring Short starting from Acquafredda, travel time 2 hours, length 4 km and difference in altitude of 190 m. You undertake the itinerary a short distance from Millesimo and enter a wooded area, much of the route has a slight slope,
• 3rd Short Ring, 1 hour and 30 minutes taken to cover 3 km at a height difference of 130 m inside the Valley of the Three Kings,
• 1st Big Ring, lasting 3 hours 30 minutes for 8 km with a difference in altitude of 237 m. The large ring has an initial part that coincides with the route of the 1st Short Ring and deviates, at the height of the "Tana della Volpe", along a distinct woodland route.
• 2nd Big Ring, lasting 5 hours for 17 km of travel and a difference in altitude of 290 m. The longest and most challenging of the proposed routes is a composition of the three short ones previously illustrated, connected to each other.

The Mountain Bike is a decidedly comfortable means of transport for those who experience the sensations of this land, explore its places and experience its essence. The excursions generally have the starting point of Millesimo, from here, in fact, it is possible to undertake many interesting hiking routes. Among these you will find:

• "Sweet Scampagnate" with the family to discover the area, immersing ourselves in lush chestnut woods which act as an ideal habitat for roe deer, wild boars, hares, foxes and various species of birds
• "Adventure", letting ourselves be carried away by two wheels and enveloped by the natural itineraries that run along the valley, or within the beautiful territories of the Bric Tana protected area, areas in which it will be possible to make direct contact with finds of ancestral inhabitants by making a real just a dive into history
• "Discovery", a journey into nature and time which, together with naturalistic interest, aims to reconstruct the historical stages of this territory in which the traces of ancient civilizations are still alive: here you can find the Castle of Cosseria, the crucial hub of Napoleonic strategies during his Italian campaign.
