The hotel is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Rodi Garganico, not far from the important and beautiful Apulian towns of San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo, and even less kilometers from the naturalistic attractions represented from Foresta Umbra and Varano lake .

Staying at the Hotel you will find yourself in the heart of the spur of Italy, the great Gargano region that includes the province of Foggia, an area to be discovered from an excursion point of view, thanks to the protected area that extends and takes its name: the Gargano National Park .

The beautiful landscapes that characterize the region of Gargano are covered with a truly varied flora that alternates the characteristic Mediterranean scrub with extensive maple and beech woods, up to the pine forests overlooking the sea: a unique area, luxuriant comn an alternation of views of extraordinary beauty.

Our most complete proposal is weekly and is structured in a series of day trips to discover our territory. The typical program, touches the following sites:

• Bosco Quarto -
Manfredonia up to Masseria Santa Maria and Coppa dell'Elci, for a total of fourteen kilometers traveled in a wooded environment and others in a clearing,
• Foresta Umbra - second stage (and third day) includes a beautiful route in the Valle della Carpinosa and inside the Sfilzi Integral Reserve. For the whole stage you are in the "covered", the whole route takes place in the forest among splendid beeches and turkey oaks.
• Monte Giovinnicchio - will be the start of our new excursion that will lead us to reach Carpino. The stage winds through mixed terrain that includes both woods (Piscina Folicara) and stretches of pasture.
• San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo - the 5th day is dedicated to visiting the sacred places of the area, with the Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the places of Padre Pio
• Canale del Conte - departure from Cagnano Varano to reach Monte Calvo, about twenty kilometers along which there is a large concentration of karst phenomena and which involves a progressive ascent in altitude.
• The coast - go downup to Mattinata. Along the way, the alternation of height reveals unexpected and beautiful views, such as the beautiful view of Vieste that can be had from Monte San Salvatore.

Days 1 and 7 are dedicated to arrival and departure, so the 6 days are to be understood as completely intended for excursions.

It will be possible to participate in the individual day trips without necessarily joining the entire program

In the spring months of April and May another interesting trekking proposal is the suggestive one of the Orchidee route, which arise spontaneously to color the hilly areas of the Gargano coast.
