The surroundings of the structure are characterized by a harmonious alternation of fields, pastures and woods. There are some lakes where you can fish on request, some truffle grounds and a few buildings, evidence of an industrious past that can be relived by walking along the streets and marked paths. It is not uncommon to encounter hawks, gray herons, roe deer, hares and many pheasants in the quiet that we are looking for so much.

Inside the estate there are numerous paths - freely accessible by guests - among which the four marked itineraries, suitable for trekking, are particularly evocative:

• Red route: the ring of S. Giuditta, short and easy.
• Orange route: Nebbina valley floor, short and easy.
• Yellow route: on the Calcaia ridges, medium length and difficulty.
• Blue route: discovering the estate, long and medium difficulty.
