Terra Travel Plus

Terra Travel Plus is a project of the Gae Environmental Guides Group of Piacenza, hiking professionals with years of experience in the creation and organization of trekking excursions discovering the Italian territory and its beauties.

Every week Terra Travel Plus organizes different proposals to take you to know the Piacenza area and beyond, with a range of routes of all levels that appeal to both the trekking lover with experience behind him and to the hiking enthusiast on his first outing.

Also very interesting are the projects designed for schools , which aim to reconnect between young people and the natural environment, of which they learn about the mechanisms, rhythms and which they learn to respect and protect.

The active collaboration for years with the Geotourism and Pangea schools association has allowed Terra Travel Plus to broaden its horizons and also organize real excursion trips abroad .

We are also offering trekking activities with orienteering, a discipline that develops orientation strategies.

With Terra Travel Plus you will be accompanied by certified GAE guides , the environmental excursion guides active in the province of Piacenza, the only ones to be enabled to lead groups on excursions in environments of distinct conformation geological.

The group is active in the Piacenza area and, thanks to an active collaboration for several years with the Geotourism Association, also in various foreign locations of naturalistic or cultural interest and relevance.

The excursions are organized both for individuals and for already formed groups and schools, with specifications relating to the distinct needs of users. Every week different routes are proposed, up to range between longer treks with a duration starting from two days.

In Piacenza and its surroundings we have many itineraries that you can take with us:

• Val di Trebbia : the secrets of stones, visiting the particular rocks of this place full of magic.
• The valley of the Restano . We will go from Bramaino to Groppo Ducale. Where we can visit the tributary of the Nure and the original rural architecture.
• Ring of the Val Nure , to see Pertuso and the Selva di Ferriere.
• Apennines, we will see the lakes and waterfalls of these beautiful mountains.
• From the Romans , to the present day. We will visit the natural and cultural evidences of these places.
• The Po Valley , discovering the fossils preserved in the Apennines.
• Trekking in the valleys , also in this tour we will have the opportunity to see the fossils.

Special excursion proposals are presented for companies looking for incentives or original team building or as an outdoor integration to the educational programs of schools.
